Our mission

In terms of ethnicity, age, preference, intelligence, you name it. From our specialism we see that our personalities and motivations are also very diverse.

We believe in:

• the beauty of those differences. Together we see more than each alone, we can surprise each other with other perspectives and other emotions.
• the usefulness of differences. People who are different can complement and correct each other.
• respect for differences. Because only then can we use the advantages of diversity and people can develop.
• leaders who make room for differences. People who are different see different problems and solutions, and many roads lead to Rome.
• be more productive and happier if they can work from their own motivations.
• showing differences. This increases awareness of our differences, it teaches us to put ourselves and our view of the world into perspective.

Only when we put ourselves into perspective, can we see ourselves and others as we really are and see beauty in it. Then we can take steps, grow.

We operate together with CareDrives and NoStress Navigator under the umbrella of Drives & Cultures, led by Hans Versnel and Patricia Engelaar. This includes various components that focus on the well-being of people in organizations, based on the drives methodology.
